Fall is the time when we see the most events compared to the remainder of the year. There are expos, conferences, and summits galore! For businesses that sell to other businesses (also known as B2B businesses,) it is a great time of year to get out there and network with other business owners.

3 great events to consider attending to meet other business owners in the Fall are:

  1. Expos: The Raleigh Convention Center and the Fairs Grounds in Raleigh will host the majority of the events in Raleigh. Expos are a chance to walk up to a businesses’ booth to learn more about their business. Our favorite Fall expos are the Fall Raleigh Home Show and the Hopscotch Music Festival.
  2. Triangle Small Business Summit: The team at Abundant Marketing, in conjunction with Raleigh Score, hosts the Triangle Small Business Summit every year. This event is a one-day conference to get information into the small business owner’s hands.
  3. Networking: There are a lot of great opportunities when it comes to networking in the Fall. We always like to find a few specialty ones, such a networking BINGO, as well as go to some regularly held events, such as Business Network International (BNI.)
